Summer Watersports camp at Still Waters!

Our Summer Camp runs from 8:30am to 2:30pm, Monday through Thursday.

Ages 7-16 are welcome at Still Waters Camp. 

All skill levels are welcome! 

Wear a comfy swimsuit appropriate for watersports activities. 

Suggested items to bring with you to camp:

• WATER BOTTLE

• LUNCH

• SNACKS (if desired) 

• SUNSCREEN

• LIFE JACKET (if you have one)

• TOWEL

• WATERPROOF SHOES OR FLIP FLOPS

• BAG TO CARRY PERSONAL ITEMS

• PERMISSION FORMS AND WAIVER REQUIRED BY THE CAMP

Lunch is not provided, campers should bring their own lunches and snacks.

-Campers will have the option to be dropped off 30 minutes early for an additional $50 per day 

-Campers will also have the option to be picked up 30 minutes late for an additional $50 per day

Camp Operator

Still Waters Adventure Camp is operated by Still Waters Retreats, LLC.

Eligibility

Camp is open to children ages 7–16. Participants must be physically able to participate in water and outdoor activities.

Waiver & Assumption of Risk

All campers must have a completed and signed liability waiver, assumption of risk, and medical authorization form on file prior to participation. Campers without completed forms will not be permitted to attend.

Payment & Refund Policy

• Camp fees are due in full at registration unless otherwise stated.

• No refunds will be issued except in cases of camp cancellation or agreement with the operator.

Drop-Off & Pick-Up

• Camp hours and drop-off/pick-up times must be strictly followed.

• Late pick-up fees may apply.

• Authorized pickup persons must be listed in advance.

Behavior Expectations

Campers are expected to follow safety rules and instructions at all times. Unsafe behavior may result in removal from camp without refund.

Medical & Emergency Care

Parents authorize Still Waters Retreats, LLC to seek emergency medical treatment if necessary. All reasonable efforts will be made to contact parents/guardians.

Participant information is used solely for camp operations and safety and is not shared or sold.

Photography & Media

By registering, parents grant permission for photographs or video of participants to be used for promotional purposes unless otherwise stated in writing.

Insurance

Still Waters Retreats, LLC maintains general liability, watercraft liability, and youth activity insurance appropriate for camp operations.
